Dr Ernest Wong is the founder and master trainer of Learning Mastery Pte Ltd and has spent the last 25 yeadrs working with, training and coaching over 250,000 students, parents, professionals, educators, managers, trainers, and businessmen to solve their academic, personal, social, career and financial problems and significantly improve on their grades, relationships, profession and business.

In the academic arena, Ernest was the first person to bring accelerated learning to Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong and Indonesia. Using his skills, knowledge and experience, he designed and created the highly effective and successful Super-Teen™ Holiday Camp in 1985. Since then, he has become the most sought after success mentor for training students, teachers and principals, by schools and education ministries/institutes, both locally and overseas. Ernest was also a consultant working with the Ministry of Education in Hong Kong where he trains school principals and teachers. With his natural ability to understand, connect with and motivate his students, Ernest truly deserves the reputation of being the pioneer and authority in the Asia region.

Since 1985, Ernest has been a success coach to many Super-Teens™. His students have gone on to prestigious universities such as Cambridge, Oxford, Princeton, University College of London, London School of Economics, NUS and NTU.

Ernest is the 1st and only Asian to receive the Prestigious Golden Apple Award from the founder of the Foundation of Self-Esteem in California, USA, Dr Jack Canfield, in recognition for his contributions towards Excellence in Education.

Ernest is one of the Top 100 people worldwide to be a certified trainer in “Accelerated Learning” from Turning Point in University of California, USA. He is a “Master Practitioner” certified by the American Board of NLP, USA, being the first in Asia to conduct trainings based on the NLP methodology in 1985. Ernest is also a Neuro-Semantics Trainer certified by the International Society of Neuro-Semantics® (ISNS) and is one of the founding members of the Institute of Neuro-Semantics, Singapore (INSS).

Since then, Ernest has also trained numerous managers, directors, business owners, entrepreneurs and trainers to achieve enhanced performance in their respective fields. He was the pioneer batch of disciples trained personally by Robert Kiyosaki in 1996.

Being a self-made multimillionaire since he was 30 years old, he has captivated his trainees and has become their role model for success. Just to name a few examples, the trainers of the top four insurance companies in Malaysia, Adam Khoo and his lead trainers of local training company, AKLTG, were all personally trained by him. Through his personal tutelage, all his students have been able to accelerate their success!

Ernest’s passion lies in bringing out the best in his trainees to help coach them achieve success faster and more efficiently. He strives to give his all to his trainees as nothing brings him more joy to see the excellent results achieved by them.

Peter Lau has achieved a lot of firsts in his career. He has earned his credentials in the Human Potential Development by becoming the world’s youngest Neuro-Semantics® Trainer in history, certified by the International Society of Neuro-Semantics® (ISNS) in 2007. He is also the youngest Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) in Singapore at age 21, certified by the American Board of NLP (ABNLP); and a Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy, certified by the Time Line Therapy Association (TLTA).

Peter Lau has a diverse interest in different disciplines of learning. He learnt about human behaviours and the skills needed to succeed in the real world. In Singapore, most young men at the age of 21 have just finished their National Service and starting their first year in university. However, Peter has achieved more than that at that age. During his National Service, Peter was a trained Armour Specialist. At the age of 21, Peter had graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and at the age of 23, graduated with a Master of Science (MSc) Degree in Finance from University College Dublin’s Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School of the National University of Ireland, Dublin.

Peter has an inquisitive mind. Growing up in a difficult early environment, his quest has always been to overcome and break free from troubles. His successes in this led him to find his passion, and that is, to inspire teens and help them discover their own unique qualities and untapped potential.

After going through a rough patch in his primary school, he strived to be different in his Secondary School. He became a trained Peer Mediator and went on to become the Head Prefect of his secondary school. He was also one of the select few who were handpicked by his school to receive the Outstanding All-Rounder Students’ (OARS) Award. To recognize his leadership qualities and contributions to the school, he was given the Student-of-the-Year award in 2002.

Now, Peter Lau is a trainer in the renowned Super-Teen Holiday Camp and Smart Kids Workshop organized by Learning Mastery Pte Ltd. Together with Dr Ernest Wong, the founder of Super-Teen Holiday Camp, he is impacting the lives of thousands of students in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and China.

Peter Lau works with large audiences as well as counsels students on a one-on-one basis to help them overcome personal problems and hence achieve success in their personal and academic lives.

A MOE Secondary Asean Scholar (Raffles Institution), PSC Pre-U ASEAN Scholar (Raffles Junior College) and Kuok Foundation Scholar, Alvin is a chartered accountant by profession. A versatile individual who is equally at home with Humanities subjects (English in particular) as well as in Science and Mathematics, he is the writer of the Mind Stretcher curriculum and teaches selected P5 & P6 English / Writer’s Toolbox classes at the Bishan, Punggol & Serangoon North centres. Whoever was it who said that accountants are dreary and linguistically deficient? HA!

A double-degree holder from National University of Singapore and University of London, Kristie is both a trained accountant and lawyer. She also has a certificate in Early Childhood Education. Since leaving the legal profession in 2000, she has immersed herself full-time in the captivating waters of Mind Stretcher. She is conversant in the Gifted Education program (GEP) as her son, a multiple RI Headmaster’s Honours Roll winner (for all round academic and CCA excellence), was formerly from the GEP at Nanyang Primary and RI.
